About Us

Youth Base Development Society (YBDS) is a registered non-profit and non-governmental social welfare organization committed to youth empowerment, social development, communal harmony, education, skill enhancement, and humanitarian welfare services across India. The Society works with the vision of creating a progressive, empowered, and inclusive society where every individual, especially youth and underprivileged communities, receives equal opportunities for growth, education, livelihood, and social security.

The organization firmly believes that youth are the foundation of a strong nation. Through structured training, awareness programs, educational support, and community welfare activities, YBDS aims to strengthen society at the grassroots level and create sustainable development opportunities.

Objectives of the Society

  • To provide training in First Aid, Home Nursing, Parent Care, Basic Life Support, Self Defence, Rescue Services, Disaster Management, Traffic Control, Sports Activities, Drama, Public Event Support, Personality Development, and English Speaking.
  • To organize support teams during public gatherings, social events, religious festivals, concerts, Ramlila, and other community functions.
  • To promote communal harmony and unity among people belonging to different religions, beliefs, faiths, communities, and ideologies.
  • To celebrate festivals and cultural occasions collectively so as to strengthen national integration and mutual respect.
  • To organize community-based cultural programs, public talks, seminars, discussions, awareness drives, plays, and educational sessions highlighting social and moral values.
  • To undertake humanitarian activities including charitable relief, welfare services, emergency support, and rehabilitation work.
  • To provide social support to poor families, widows, children, elderly persons, and marginalized sections of society.
  • To promote Handicrafts, Indian Art, Handloom Sale, artisan fairs, exhibitions, and livelihood support for local craftsmen and skilled workers.
  • To establish and support free educational institutions, training centers, and coaching support for schools, colleges, and community learning centers.
  • To provide free educational support, books, uniforms, desks, stationery, sports kits, and development resources for underprivileged children.
  • To provide skill development training, career guidance, sports exposure, and educational counselling for youth.
  • To conduct employment-oriented vocational training programs for self-reliance and livelihood generation.

Financial Resources and Support

In order to implement and sustain the objectives of the Society, YBDS generates funds and financial resources through lawful means.

  • Membership enrollment from all communities on monthly or yearly basis.
  • Financial and non-financial support from Government bodies, NGOs, international agencies, philanthropists, institutions, and legal entities.
  • Donations, grants, gifts, movable and immovable assets.
  • Purchase and acquisition of land, buildings, and infrastructure for the advancement of society objectives.
  • Publication of journals, newsletters, papers, and awareness literature.

Mission

The mission of YBDS is to empower youth and communities by providing access to education, skill training, sports development, humanitarian relief, and welfare support.

Through continuous efforts in social integration, relief work, youth training, and welfare initiatives, the organization aims to contribute towards nation building and inclusive development.

To build a socially empowered, educated, skilled, and united India where every youth has the opportunity to grow, contribute, and lead.

Nature of Organization

YBDS shall always remain a non-profit and no-loss organization. All activities undertaken by the Society shall strictly be in public interest and for the welfare of society.
